Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice, except for emergencies.  We do offer a one time courtesy for non emergency cancellations.  We do charge a fee for cancellations within 24 hours and no shows.  A credit card must be on record for all reservations lasting longer than an hour.  In accordance to our cancellation policy, the stylists of Natural Solutions may charge a cancellation fee of 20% to 100% for no-shows and last-minute appointment cancellations.  If you no-show more than once, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service booked.  Please note that clients 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.
