Please Note:
Basic nail shapes include Round, Oval, Square, Squoval, Tapered & Almond. You must book a specialty set/fill for a sculpted or sculpted coffin or stiletto shape. This applies to all nail enhancement services.
Natural Solutions Cancellation Policy
Our salon is a commission salon. Our staff rely on their appointments to take care of their families. When an appointment is missed or cancelled with short notice, we miss out on accommodating someone else and inconvenience others. As such, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice, except for emergencies or covid exposure. An additional 20 – 50% fee may be charged on your next service if cancellation was not. See below for our ‘No Show’ policy.
Coming late for your appointment: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule. To avoid a cancellation or late fee, please be sure we have your correct mobile phone number on your booking so our automated messaging service will be effective. We also do courtesy calls two days before to help.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday we are closed, so you can message our facebook page to contact us:
No Show Policy: We cannot accommodate ‘No Show’ appointments from this point on unless for an emergency. If you ‘No Show’ on your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to bill 100% of that missed appointment if the appointment was over 2 hours. We know you want to continue to see your favorite service providers and for Natural Solutions to be there in the future bringing value to our community. This policy will help us do that.
For appointments lasting more than 2 hours: We will require a credit card number from you to reserve any appointment lasting over 2 hours. If you do not carry a credit card, we will ask for a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment.
We would appreciate your promptness for your appointment. This helps us show all our clients that their time is valuable too!
All children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the salon &/or receiving services. We reserve the right to deny services when not accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your attention to this policy.
