With an intensive training program that teaches vital business skills, our new talent stylists/techs acquire skills in knowing how to provide great service as well as continue their education in hair, nails and makeup.

ARTIST • SENIOR ARTIST

Stylist/techs who has developed their business skills to develop a growing client base with their hair cutting and color skills or nail skills, and have obtained additional training and certification.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR • SENIOR CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Advanced stylist/techs who is a specialist in all 3 principles of cut, coloring and styling, or in advanced nail mastery.  They possess leadership skills which begin to be used more fully in business and in services

MASTER • SENIOR MASTER

Advanced stylist/techs who is a specialist in all 3 principles of cut, coloring and styling, or in advanced nail mastery. They also possess leadership skills that help support our educational programs and initiatives, and build new leaders in our sales force.  They are well known for having an eye for great detail and are extremely passionate about the results they deliver for the clients they serve.
