Gift Certificate Information:
We do have gift certificates here. Come in and purchase them during business hours. If you'd like it to be mailed, please call during regular work hours and we can send it out thru usps mail or have it ready for pick up. Natural Solutions can offer group rates for local businesses thru our gift certificate program.
Natural Solutions will accept any unused product as long as proof of purchase is provided from our business for either a full refund or product exchange. We do not accept returns for purchases beyond 30 days. For any item that is defective, please call the manager and arrange for the return/exchange. Ask for Jennifer Reed please. 330-337-0703.
If you have purchased online at our www.bewellstaywell.com site, please follow the instructions from our Customer Service Desk area to handle your return. All returns must be pre-authorized by phone for online and phone in/shipped orders.
Natural Solutions offers bridal practice consultations, daily make-unders, and color consultations. Appointments are recommended as we have specific consultants that are available just for this service. If however, you are just seeking the right foundation and don't know what shade to get, please come anytime. We have an easy color match system that can make personal shopping more enjoyable.
TheSalon at Natural Solutions prides itself on exceptional services and quality customer care. If for some reason you as a client have a complaint or are not satisfied with a service, TheSalon at Natural Solutions corporate and client policies will help you.
If you have a service completed and are not satisfied please notify the check out Front Desk coordinator and fill out a client complaint form immediately. A manager will come speak to you if available. If not available at that time, he/she will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about your complaint. Complaints are not handled thru instant messaging, emails or out of office correspondence.
If a service has been provided, payment will be expected in full at that time.
TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only allow 3 days after a unsatisfactory service for a client to call back to talk to the General Manager about a service if not satisfied in order to hear the complaint and come to a resolution.
TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only issue store credit or ‘like’ gift certificate amount for any services/products TheSalon at Natural Solutions feels is deserving of a refund. TheSalon at Natural Solutions reserves the right to enforce corporate policies and make the decision of whether a refund or GC should be issued due to unsatisfactory service.
